Fiber flat washer (white) / EE-W
This product is a flat washer made of fiber material, colored in an easily identifiable white. It possesses toughness and excellent electrical insulation properties, and is used by inserting it between the fastening material when tightening bolts or screws. By distributing the load during screw tightening over a wide area, it reduces the stress on the tightening surface, helps prevent dents and scratches on the counterpart material, and protects the seating surface. Additionally, using a flat washer stabilizes the fastening surface and supports the tightening condition of bolts and screws. In addition to the excellent electrical insulation and moderate elasticity unique to fiber, it also features lightweight and machinability.
