Polyvinyl Chloride Flat Washer (Gray) / VCW
This product is a flat washer made of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which has excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, and flame retardancy, finished in a calm gray color. It is used by inserting it between the fastener and the material being fastened during the tightening of bolts and screws. By distributing the load when tightening screws over a wide area, it reduces the stress on the tightening surface, helps prevent dents and scratches on the material being fastened, and protects the seating surface. Additionally, using a flat washer stabilizes the fastening surface and supports the tightening condition of the bolts and screws. In addition to the excellent chemical resistance and water resistance unique to rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it also possesses electrical insulation properties and processability.
