Black Duracon Set Washer / DDS-B
This product is a set washer made from excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, and slip properties of Delrin (POM: polyacetal). It is used by inserting it between the bolt or screw and the material being fastened during tightening. By distributing the load when tightening the screw over a wide area, it reduces the stress on the tightening surface, helps prevent dents and scratches on the material, and protects the seating surface. Additionally, by using a flat washer, it stabilizes the fastening surface and supports the tightening condition of the bolt or screw. In addition to the excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance unique to Delrin (POM), it also features good dimensional stability and low friction characteristics. Taking advantage of its excellent slip properties, it is a resin set washer suitable for fastening and mechanical parts where wear resistance and low friction characteristics are required, including various general industrial machinery and surrounding mechanism components.
