This product is a hexagonal male and female threaded spacer made of "PPS (polyphenylene sulfide)," which has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. It is characterized by its superior heat resistance, maintaining excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties even in high-temperature environments. It also has excellent flame retardancy, complying with "UL94 V-0" standards, provided that the materials used meet the UL94 V-0 specifications. Additionally, it has a very low water absorption rate, making it suitable for applications that require high dimensional stability in humid environments, as it minimizes dimensional changes due to humidity. While being lightweight compared to metal spacers, it possesses high rigidity, making it suitable for applications that require both lightweight and rigidity, such as the mounting of precision electronic devices and circuit boards used in high-temperature environments. Its excellent electrical insulation properties also help in providing electrical separation and preventing shorts in circuit board mounting.
