PPS Spacer Hexagonal Male Thread (Metal Integrated Molding) / BMP-E
This product is a hexagonal male and female threaded spacer made from a material that incorporates 40% glass fiber-filled PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). By integrally molding a metal screw into the main body, it achieves excellent electrical insulation properties from the resin and stable fastening capabilities from the metal screw. The material has a high heat resistance, reaching a heat distortion temperature (1.82MPa) of 260°C, making it capable of maintaining excellent rigidity and dimensional stability even in high-temperature environments. Additionally, it features flame retardancy equivalent to UL94 V-0 and excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for use in environments where heat resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance are required. It also excels in electrical insulation, helping to prevent electrical separation and shorts in circuit board mounting.
