This product is a hexagonal double-ended threaded spacer made from a material that incorporates 40% glass fiber-filled PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). By integrally molding a metal screw into the main body, it achieves a combination of the excellent insulation properties of resin and the strong fastening capability of metal. The material boasts high heat resistance with a heat distortion temperature reaching 260°C at 1.82 MPa, maintaining excellent rigidity and dimensional stability even in high-temperature environments. It also features flame retardancy equivalent to UL94 V-0 and excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions. With outstanding electrical insulation properties, it poses no risk of short circuits in circuit board mounting and has minimal concerns regarding corrosion, making it a suitable fastening component for a wide range of industrial fields that require reliable electrical separation.
