The term "screw protrusion type" in the model number refers to a structure where the head of the screw protrudes moderately from the end face of the spacer when installed, designed to ensure accurate positioning when stacking circuit boards and proper engagement during stacking. The body is made of Delrin (POM), which offers excellent mechanical strength and high dimensional stability. This material has very low water absorption, resulting in minimal dimensional changes due to variations in temperature and humidity, allowing for the maintenance of accurate spacing over long periods, even in high-density implementations where multiple circuit boards are stacked.
