Black Juracon Spacer Hexagonal Male-Female Thread Adhesive / BS-BWE
This product is a spacer made of Delrin (POM) with mechanical strength and high dimensional stability, featuring a metal female thread pressed into the body. It combines excellent electrical insulation properties of the resin with the strong fastening strength of the metal screw, providing stable fixation performance even in environments subject to vibration and load. Delrin has very low water absorption, resulting in minimal dimensional changes and material degradation due to humidity fluctuations, allowing for high precision maintenance over long periods. Additionally, due to the metal female thread, it prevents wear on the screw threads in areas where repeated tightening is necessary or where reliable fixation to a metal housing is required, maintaining high reliability.
