Here is an example of outsourcing the processing of lead wires by Pearcom. In this case, we achieved a reduction in labor costs equivalent to approximately 280,000 yen per year. Previously, temporary and full-time employees were manually cutting nearly 1,000 pieces of 900mm wire. We listened to the customer's requests and the specifications for the required wire, and first prepared appropriate samples. After confirming the accuracy with the samples, we officially received the outsourcing contract and established a system to consistently handle all processes from wire selection to the actual cutting work.
