Protects the surface of metal furniture. Improves stain resistance with nylon coating on iron and stainless steel.
In the furniture industry, products are required to maintain aesthetic appeal and durability for long-term use. This is especially important for metal furniture that is frequently touched, where preventing dirt accumulation and enhancing cleanability are crucial. Accumulation of dirt can lead to product degradation and a decrease in overall impression. Our nylon coating can be applied to materials that can withstand preheating around 300°C, making it an effective option for dirt prevention in furniture. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Legs of metal tables and chairs - Metal parts of store fixtures - Furniture for public facilities that are prone to dirt accumulation 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improved surface dirt resistance, making maintenance easier - Enhanced durability while preserving the texture of metal materials - Direct coating possible on pre-plated components
