Support brackets for nylon-coated piping for water treatment facilities.

Corrosion prevention measures for plumbing supports in water-related and humid environments. Enhanced corrosion resistance with nylon coating.

In water treatment facilities, the constant exposure to a humid environment and water makes corrosion prevention for pipe supports crucial. If corrosion progresses, it can lead to a significant decline in the strength of the supports, potentially resulting in the detachment of pipes and cables. Therefore, supports that can maintain stable corrosion resistance over the long term are required. Our nylon coating technology offers excellent weather resistance and corrosion protection, contributing to the maintenance of equipment in such harsh environments. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Supporting pipes and electrical cables within water treatment facilities - Fixing supports in humid environments or areas exposed to water splashes - Preventing equipment deterioration due to corrosion 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Coating metal surfaces to suppress the progression of corrosion - Maintaining the original support function of the product over the long term - Contributing to a reduction in maintenance frequency
