Supporting the safety of power infrastructure. Nylon-coated support brackets with excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
In the electric power infrastructure industry, stable retention of electrical cables in outdoor environments and ensuring reliable insulation are essential. Particularly in harsh environments such as bridges, the corrosion of support fittings poses a risk of cable detachment and insulation failure, making long-term reliability maintenance crucial. Our nylon coating technology offers excellent weather resistance and corrosion protection, supporting the safe operation of infrastructure facilities by preventing the corrosion of support fittings. 【Application Scenarios】 - Retaining electrical cables in bridge sections - Fixing support fittings and saddles for outdoor piping - Supporting cables in environments exposed to salt damage and rainwater 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reducing the risk of cable detachment by suppressing metal corrosion - Ensuring insulation through coating and maintaining long-term equipment reliability - Reducing maintenance burdens due to high resistance to UV rays, rain, and salt damage
