The "OPCom Portable Oil Lab" is a movable (portable) oil laboratory that allows for quick and easy on-site measurement of oil cleanliness and condition in hydraulic and lubrication systems. It supports direct sampling from pressure lines and sampling via an internal pump, with the capability for manual or automatic measurements at set time intervals. ■ Particle measurement compliant with the latest standards Displays cleanliness classes according to ISO 4406:21, SAE AS4059, NAS 1638, and GOST 17216. ■ Measurement of various oil parameters In addition to particles, it displays relative humidity, oil temperature, and real-time changes in oil condition based on conductivity and polarity (such as relative permittivity). ■ Excellent operability and data management Intuitive operation is possible via the built-in keypad or mobile app (LubMon BT/lite). It can store over 1,250 data records in internal memory and easily transfer them to a PC via USB adapter, SD card, or PDF report (when using the app). It is equipped with a thermal printer that can print measurement data on-site.
