The spindle rotation speed is insufficient, preventing the small-diameter tools from demonstrating their full performance. To solve such machining challenges, we propose the air turbine tool. This high-speed spindle, driven by factory compressed air, achieves a maximum rotation speed of up to 90,000 min⁻¹ depending on the model. It can be used in combination with machining centers, lathes, automatic lathes, industrial robots, and dedicated machines. Our unique governor mechanism maintains rotation and torque even under cutting loads, overcoming the challenges of conventional air spindles. The applications include small-diameter end mill processing and fine engraving on machining centers, small-diameter drilling and slitting when mounted on lathes and automatic lathes' turrets, as well as deburring and edge finishing when equipped on robots or dedicated machines. For small-diameter drilling and tapping, there is the CNC spindle series, and for manual deburring and finishing, there is the hand tool series (1/8 and 1/4 series). The mounting method for the CNC spindle can be selected according to the machine, including BT and HSK.
