The BPS-i2000 is a magnetic levitation bearingless pump system developed for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and chemical processes. It supports high flow rates and high pressures, enabling liquid transfer under more stringent process conditions such as high flow and high pressure. Thanks to magnetic levitation technology, the impeller rotates without contact, eliminating bearings and seals, which significantly reduces particle generation and maintenance frequency. The impeller and pump casing are made of high-purity PFA, providing excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for a wide range of processes, from the transfer of high-purity chemicals to large flow circulation applications, and is also appropriate for semiconductor wet processes. Equipped with control functions, it can precisely and rapidly control the rotation speed. By combining flow and pressure sensors, feedback control is achieved, allowing for stable flow and pressure control. Additionally, continuous monitoring of flow and pressure changes can be utilized for early detection of anomalies and preventive maintenance. It supports PLC interfaces and RS485 (Modbus RTU) communication, enabling connection with existing equipment and higher-level systems. Furthermore, by connecting to a multi-pump system, multiple pumps can be efficiently controlled and monitored.
