This is a rapid alcohol measurement system that employs the SDK method, which combines steam distillation, gravimetric methods, and vibrational density measurement.
It can quickly and accurately measure the alcohol content of a wide range of samples, including alcoholic beverages such as sake, shochu, and beer, as well as seasonings, solid foods, and products containing alcohol. Measurements can be taken with a small amount of sample, without the need for complicated pretreatment or skilled operation.

Applications/Examples of results
● Compatible with all types of sake mother and mash Alcohol measurement using the SDK method is compatible with all types of sake mother and mash, regardless of the type of alcoholic beverage. ● Distillation in just 90 seconds The alcohol content in the sample is rapidly distilled using a steam distillation apparatus based on the SDK method. The necessary distillate can be obtained in about 90 seconds, allowing for quick measurement results. ● Sample volume is less than one-third of conventional methods Reducing the sample size not only significantly shortens the sampling operation time but also lowers analysis costs. The amount of sample required for distillation with this system is only 30 mL, which is less than one-third of conventional methods. ● Easy measurement for anyone No advanced skills are required for analysis using the SDK method. The temperature adjustment to 15°C, which was crucial for accurate sample collection, and the 100 mL volumetric operation that was previously necessary are no longer needed. The SDK method allows for precise volume calculations based on weight and density. ● Compatible with various samples The alcohol content can cover a wide range from 0 to 50%. Additionally, it can measure alcohol content not only in liquid samples like alcoholic beverages but also in solids.
