Pursuing ease of use! We introduce products that adopt chainless transport.
The "U-FILLER 571" is a cup filling and sealing machine designed with a focus on usability. By adopting a chainless system that circulates the workpieces using a horizontal square transport with retainers, the lower part of the main body is kept simple. This eliminates the need for maintenance such as adjusting the unit's position due to chain elongation or replacing the chain. Additionally, by consolidating access points to one side during operation, work efficiency is improved. It is capable of accommodating cups of different diameters, shapes, and heights. 【Features】 ■ Chainless transport (no maintenance related to transport chains required) ■ Compatible with cups of different diameters, shapes, and heights ■ Filling amounts for each row can be easily changed via a touch panel ■ Space-saving design ■ Standard side safety cover included *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
