MC Nylon is a cast nylon (PA6 type) polymerized using the monomer casting method. It has superior mechanical strength, wear resistance, and heat resistance compared to general nylon 6, and is widely used in machined parts such as gears, bearings, and liners. KIRIURI.COM offers a range of products from the basic grade MC901 (blue) to uncolored MC900, weather-resistant MC801, sliding MC703HL, heat-resistant MC602ST (up to 150°C), conductive MC501CD (R2/R6/R9), and non-carbon static dissipative MC500AS (R11), all available in sheet size 106 (thickness 5 to 140mm). MC901 (Blue) Basic Grade It excels in mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, and chemical properties compared to general 6 nylon. Continuous use temperature is approximately 120°C, and tensile strength is about 96 MPa. Suitable for liners, slide plates, and various mechanical parts. Plate thickness ranges from 5 to 140 mm.
MC900 (Ivory) Natural Grade It has the same performance as MC901 and is an uncolored grade. Suitable for applications where coloring is to be avoided. Board thickness 5 to 80mm.
MC801 (Dark Gray) Weather-Resistant Grade By adding special graphite, it improves weather resistance, wear resistance, and sliding performance. It blocks ultraviolet rays and withstands long-term outdoor use. Suitable for outdoor construction machinery parts, slide plates, and bearings. Plate thickness: 5 to 100 mm.
MC703HL (Purple) Sliding Grade Special lubricants are added to further enhance sliding properties and wear resistance. For guide rails, bearings, and components of conveying machinery. Plate thickness 5 to 50 mm.
MC602ST (Cocoa color) high strength and heat-resistant grade. Improved heat resistance and mechanical strength, with a continuous use temperature of 150°C. Suitable for wheels, rollers, gears, liners, and jigs. Plate thickness 5 to 50 mm.
MC501CD R2 (Black) Conductive Grade Added carbon-based conductive fillers to provide conductivity and static electricity prevention. Suitable for parts of electronic components, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and cleanroom parts. Plate thickness 5 to 50 mm.
MC501CD R6 (Black) Conductive Grade Type R6 of the MC501CD series. It is endowed with conductivity and antistatic properties using carbon-based conductive fillers. Plate thickness 5 to 50 mm.
MC501CD R9 (Black) Conductive Grade Type R9 of the MC501CD series. It is endowed with conductivity and static prevention using carbon-based conductive fillers. Board thickness is 10 to 25 mm.
MC500AS R11 (Cream) Non-carbon Antistatic Grade Provides antistatic properties without using carbon. It has a higher resistance range of antistatic properties compared to MC501CD, suitable for applications where carbon contamination is to be avoided. Sheet thickness 10・12mm.
