POM (polyacetal) is an engineering plastic that excels in the balance of sliding properties, dimensional stability, and fatigue strength, and has very good machinability. With a water absorption rate of 0.20%, it is significantly lower than MC nylon and is widely used for precision machine parts such as gears, bearings, and rollers that are machined from solid material. KIRIURI.COM offers Toray Plastics' TPS-POM in six colors: white (thickness 5-100mm), black (thickness 5-100mm), blue (thickness 5-30mm), and red, yellow, and green (thickness 30mm), available in 40 sizes of sheets. The basic mechanical properties related to color are common, and colors are typically chosen for identification or design purposes. 【Caution】Since adhesives do not adhere well, mechanical fastening methods are fundamental. They are not suitable for strong acid environments. Significant machining from thick materials may cause warping.

POM (Black) Sheet TPS-POM This is a black version of the same TPS-POM as the white one. It has self-lubricating properties and slides well even without lubrication, making it suitable for sliding parts under load. Sheet thickness: 5 to 100 mm.
