Unilate is a composite material from Unichika that combines glass short fibers and inorganic fillers with PET (polyethylene terephthalate). It excels in electrical insulation, rigidity, and dimensional stability, and has low water absorption, making it suitable for insulating parts and jigs. Another advantage is that it can be produced at a lower cost compared to PI (Bespel) and PEI. KIRIURI.COM offers Unilate PC (brown) sheets in 18 sizes with thicknesses ranging from T1 to T55. Please note that "PC" is a grade name and refers to a different material than polycarbonate. We also accommodate cutting to the required dimensions and quantities.
