The "Epolam C CSH-3005" is a capacitive oil leak detector that detects oil flowing onto the water surface by measuring changes in capacitance and converts this into a contact output. It utilizes a mechanism where three electrodes directly in contact with water experience significant changes in capacitance when they touch oil, triggering an oil leak detection alarm.
