Connecting processing, assembly, and inspection equipment with AGVs to reduce waiting time for transportation. We propose automation that reviews logistics between processes and streamlines the flow of production.
Is the transportation between processes hindering the flow of production, such as having no one to transport to the next process or equipment waiting for parts to arrive? At Astekunos, we connect processing, assembly, and inspection equipment with AGVs and propose the automation of inter-process transportation. We will inquire about the shape and weight of the items being transported, the layout of the equipment, the processing time for each process, and the required transportation frequency to consider suitable transportation routes and handover methods for your site. We support process improvements that reduce the manpower required for transportation and decrease equipment stagnation due to waiting for transport. In addition to automating individual equipment, please utilize our services when considering the overall efficiency of production, including inter-process transportation. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us for consultation on implementation.
