This is a material calculation software for preparing rectangular board components such as sides, bottoms, lids, and dividers for wooden box manufacturing and transport packaging. You can input the width, height, and quantity of different components for each box, and compare the number of necessary boards and their arrangement by combining standard sizes of plywood or available offcuts. It allows you to group components of the same material and thickness, and check cutting plans even when there are multiple box sizes. The Excel dimension table can be filled by pasting three columns: width, height, and quantity. The selected plan can be printed or saved as a PDF in black and white as a cutting diagram, which can be used for preparing board components for wooden box production.
