Reviewing the cleaning and setup time for powder manufacturing to improve equipment operating rates [Exhibiting at POWTEX (International Powder Technology Exhibition)].
POWTEX 2026 Exhibition | Booth Number 1-D19 【Features】 Rehiller Corporation has established five classes based on cleaning power and proposes the optimal cleaning nozzles tailored to the scale and application of the tank. Rotary nozzles of Class 2 and above adopt a common "low-pressure specification" and "self-lubricating head" that are energy-efficient and highly durable. For large tanks, we offer models equipped with a "free-spinning head" that washes away dirt through repeated impacts, as well as a series that controls turbine operation with liquid flow to maintain a powerful spray effect. For smaller applications, we also provide Class 1 nozzles, primarily fixed types, allowing for flexible selection based on tank size and shape. 【Difference from Competitors】 Are you reconsidering tank cleaning in the powder manufacturing process? Please consult us about your concerns regarding cleaning time, water and chemical usage, and nozzle selection and placement. We will introduce nozzles suited to tank shapes and cleaning conditions, along with considerations from TankClean.

basic information
In industries that require tank cleaning, there are nozzles that cannot be used unless they meet various strict conditions. - 3A Sanitary Standards - EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) - FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) - regulation (EC) no. 1935/2004 - ATEX directive (explosion-proof specifications) As such, regulations are very strict in Europe and the United States. The German manufacturer Lechler provides nozzles that comply with these standards. Please make use of them for tank cleaning spray nozzles. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Applications/Examples of results
Do you have any of these concerns regarding tank and container cleaning in powder manufacturing processes? - Stubborn residues that are difficult to remove, leading to longer cleaning times - Extended production downtime during cleaning when switching product types - Desire to reduce the amount of cleaning water and chemicals used - Interest in automating manual cleaning processes - Uncertainty about how to choose and position nozzles At POWTEX 2026, we will introduce the Lehner tank cleaning nozzles and the "TankClean" software that allows for consideration of layout and selection. We propose improvements for sites that perform tank cleaning using water and chemicals in industries such as food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Please share details about your tank shapes and current cleaning methods at the venue. We look forward to seeing you from November 25 to 27 at Tokyo Big Sight, Booth [1-D19]. **Spray drying nozzles will also be exhibited.** ☆★Case Studies★☆ You can download case studies from the catalog section. ◇◆Main Industries Served◆◇ - Food and Beverage Industry - Chemical Industry - Pharmaceutical Industry - Cosmetic Industry - Semiconductor Industry
