Transparently converts communication data from two RS-232C serial ports into Ethernet LAN packets using a single device.
The SI-60X2 is a product that is advantageous in terms of cost, installation space, and power consumption when converting two adjacent RS-232C ports to LAN, compared to using two converters. It supports a range from 300bps to 921.6kbps and can start converting immediately after power is turned on. It also supports automatic TCP connections upon receiving specific data and disconnection during idle periods, and the virtual COM software "SI-VCP" is provided free of charge. When two units are connected in opposition, it can also be used for extending RS-232C over long distances. It is a highly reliable model suitable for factory automation applications, featuring a metal housing and a wide temperature range.
