Deburring tool for instrument manufacturing that can be used in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions.
Bali Killer i-TOOL
Efficient deburring and finishing of metal parts. A deburring tool with easy grit exchange.
In the field of instrument manufacturing, the smooth texture and exquisite finish of metal parts are directly linked to the quality and playability of the products. Particularly, fine burrs and dents affect not only the appearance but also the functionality, necessitating precise and careful polishing work. However, traditional files have the drawback of being cumbersome to change grit, leading to decreased work efficiency. This product allows for quick grit changes using Velcro, enabling a smooth transition from rough shaping to finishing, thereby contributing to the improvement of instrument part quality. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Removing fine burrs from metal instrument parts - Removing scratches and leveling surfaces after processing - Correcting steps and dents after machining 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction in work time due to simplified grit changes - Stable cutting performance with dot-shaped diamond grinding stones - Improved adaptability to curves and details with a cushioned holder For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
