It not only prevents migration but also provides strong protection for substrates against acidic substances like lithium electrolyte, sulfur gases, and condensation water. Features of the moisture-proof coating agent FluoroSurf: - When compared at the same film thickness, it has four times the moisture-proof performance of urethane and acrylic-based moisture-proof coatings. Silicone offers ten times the performance! This means it can minimize weight increase due to its thin film, making it perfect for lightweight devices like drones and mobile equipment. - It provides powerful protective effects against lithium battery electrolytes, acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids. It also offers resistance to sulfurization and rust prevention. - It is effective in preventing leaks in today's pitch patterns. - Unlike reactive moisture-proof coatings such as silicone or UV-curable types, which may leave unreacted components in the film, there is no concern about contact failure or substrate contamination due to bleeding of these low molecular weight components. - It has a flame-retardant coating equivalent to UL-94 standard V0.
