A compact MEMS inertial measurement unit with FOG-level accuracy that supports the stability of autonomous driving.
In the autonomous driving industry, high-precision self-position estimation and attitude control are essential to achieve safe and accurate autonomous driving of vehicles. Particularly in environments where GPS signals are interrupted, such as inside tunnels or in high-rise urban areas, it is crucial to continuously understand the vehicle's behavior accurately. Insufficient accuracy or delays in measurement can directly impact the safety of driving. Our 'DMU41' adopts high-precision MEMS technology that replaces fiber optic gyroscopes (FOG), enabling attitude and position measurement without the need for GPS, thereby contributing to the reliability of autonomous driving systems. 【Application Scenarios】 - Autonomous driving in environments where GPS signals are blocked - Precise attitude control and positioning of vehicles - Construction of high-precision self-position estimation systems 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Realization of a stable positioning environment independent of GPS - Improved mountability on vehicles due to compact and lightweight design - Energy savings for the entire system due to low power consumption
