The substrate protection coating agent, conformal coating agent, FluoroSurf FG-3650 series, is a protective coating for electronic components that provides waterproofing and insulation protection, as well as protection for mounted circuit boards. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all with a lightweight thin film. It can prevent malfunctions and failures of mobile devices caused by water. 【Features】 ■ Four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based substrate coatings = protects the substrate with a thin film. ■ The thin film minimizes weight increase, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as drone circuit boards and mobile devices. ■ Provides strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids. Also effective as a rust inhibitor. ■ Non-flammable and low-odor, classified as non-hazardous organic solvents. Can be used safely. There are no regulations under the Fire Service Act or the Industrial Safety and Health Act, significantly reducing management items. ■ Dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes.
