We integrate high-precision autonomous transport robots and business AI to achieve the automation and depersonalization of transport processes within factories, as well as the visualization of equipment and operational status.
In logistics warehouses and manufacturing plants, the transportation of parts and goods between processes relies on hand trucks and forklifts, and the shortage of transport personnel is becoming serious. Conventional AGVs require the installation of magnetic tape on the floor and regular maintenance of two-dimensional codes, making renovation costs during layout changes a significant barrier. Therefore, we utilize the downward-looking V-SLAM technology that recognizes the fine natural texture of the floor to achieve high-precision autonomous driving without markers. This product is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) capable of transporting up to 400 kg. It can be quickly implemented using the existing floor environment, and changes to the travel route can be completed immediately on a PC screen. This significantly reduces labor costs associated with transportation tasks and allows for the construction of a flexible logistics line that is resilient to layout changes. [Solutions to these problems] - The burden of tape installation and the wear and replacement maintenance of QR codes - Frequent layout changes in factories and warehouses make fixed-route AGVs unusable - Dedicated staff are being taken away for lateral transportation between processes, and there is a desire for automation.
