This is a classification and sorting machine using air jets. Airflow is ejected from a rotating nozzle positioned below a Φ200mm sieve, dispersing the sample above the sieve. Particles smaller than the sieve mesh fall down and are sucked into a vacuum cleaner. ◆ Capable of sorting micron-sized fine particles, with a wide range It accommodates sizes from 10μm to 4mm. ◆ Short time The average sorting time is 2 to 3 minutes. ◆ Gentle on samples No sieve auxiliary materials are used. ◆ Clogging prevention The rotating nozzle performs a reciprocating motion, advancing 20° and then returning 10° repeatedly. ◆ Easy operation Sieve time and nozzle rotation speed can be set with one button.
