Compact and simplified design to prevent contamination The vortex pump achieves high pressure without increasing rotation with a small single-stage impeller, minimizing the contact area within the pump and preventing contamination of the transferred liquid. With fewer components and a simple structure, there are fewer areas for liquid to accumulate in the pump, which helps prevent the growth of bacteria. Additionally, the reduced contact area minimizes the leaching of metal ions to the PPM order. 2. No need for regular parts replacement Unlike bellows pumps and diaphragm pumps, which have components that fatigue from repeated bending, and without check valves, there is no need for parts replacement, significantly reducing maintenance costs. 3. Stable performance Unlike positive displacement pumps (such as bellows pumps and diaphragm pumps), there is no pulsation, allowing for consistently stable liquid transfer, which enhances the quality of the equipment. 4. For pure water (low viscosity liquids), it is recommended to use SiCx special carbon for the mechanical seal sliding material.
