The Quick Vacuum Lift is a revolutionary vacuum lift developed using Fukoku's unique vacuum technology. It utilizes the air source within the factory to create a vacuum in the tank of the vacuum lift itself, allowing it to attract the workpiece with this vacuum force. There is no need to connect the vacuum lift body to the air supply source with a hose. Once the vacuum is charged in the tank, it can repeatedly attract and release the workpiece several times to several dozen times, depending on the tank capacity. It features a special vacuum circuit that minimizes the amount of vacuum used, and the vacuum lift body is maintenance-free for 10 years. Furthermore, it can now attract rough-surfaced materials and thin, lightweight materials that were difficult to handle with non-powered systems. The Quick Vacuum Lift is, in a sense, an "evolution of vacuum lifts," combining the characteristics of both non-powered and powered systems.
