Fixed sample level.
The outdoor or indoor degradation factors such as sunlight, humidity, rainfall, and condensation are artificially reproduced, and products and materials are exposed to these environments to accelerate and promote degradation at an unprecedented speed, allowing for extremely short-term lifespan predictions. The Sugametering Weather Meter is an ultra-accelerated weathering test machine that employs a metering lamp with powerful energy in the ultraviolet range, offering remarkable acceleration performance. It features a horizontal lighting metering lamp and is a fixed sample stage ultra-accelerated model. Due to the structure where the samples rotate around vertically lit lamps, it can accommodate a larger number of samples compared to fixed sample setups, and it excels in the distribution of radiant intensity and temperature-humidity on the sample surfaces.

Applications/Examples of results
Artificially recreate outdoor or indoor degradation factors such as sunlight, humidity, rainfall, and condensation, and expose products and materials to that environment to measure their degradation.
Company information
Suga Testing Machines, as a pioneer in environmental testing equipment, has continuously created only Suga products throughout the ages. 1. Accelerated Weathering Tester (Weather Meter) Reproduces natural environments such as sunlight, rain, wind, and dew, exposing product materials to these conditions to evaluate weather resistance in a short time. 2. Corrosion Accelerated Tester (Salt Spray and Combined Cycle Tester) Reproduces corrosive environments such as acid rain, saltwater, gas, dryness, and humidity, promoting corrosion of metals and evaluating corrosion resistance in a short time. 3. Colorimeter (Color Measurement Device, Color Difference Meter), Gloss Meter, Haze Meter Various color measurement instruments that quantify the color, gloss, and haze of objects. These measuring devices are essential for evaluations after weathering tests. Suga Testing Machines is a global company that promotes environmental testing equipment worldwide, providing total solutions from testing to evaluation.
