Using a precision gear cutting machine, it is possible to manufacture the following precision gears with modules ranging from m0.1 to m1.5. The maximum workpiece diameter is up to Φ120. - Spur gears - Helical gears - Internal gears - Worm gears - Bevel gears (Greaves type also possible) Gear accuracy can be achieved up to JGMA Class 1 and approximately AGMA 12. However, depending on the shape and material, it may not be possible to achieve the above accuracy, so please consult us during the design phase.
