The surface modification pad epoxy-coats the surface of the suction cup. The modified layer (epoxy layer) is approximately 50μm thick from the surface and possesses characteristics such as "improved slip," "barrier effect," and "non-stick properties." While maintaining the overall rubber characteristics, including elasticity, the surface is modified to solve issues related to surface entanglement.
