The FX3300 [Fragile Type] air permeability testing machine (air permeability tester/air permeability measuring device) is a stationary type (the handheld type that can be measured with one hand is the FX3360, and the portable type with excellent portability is the FX3320). It can quickly measure air permeability from extremely small amounts, like that of airbags, to extremely large amounts, such as fiberglass, felt, and non-woven fabrics, with a single touch, and it is a measurement device with no reading errors due to digital display. The new model incorporates customer needs and features a newly developed test head that enhances rigidity and detachability. Additionally, it has a new design that considers the usage environment in manufacturing sites. Cleaning of the orifice disk by customers is no longer necessary (it is equipped with a cleaning mechanism that automatically removes dust from the disk), and it resolves clogging of debris within the gasket that holds the disk. Various data management methods (optional) can be selected according to customer needs. As optional features, it includes dedicated data management software and a built-in printer, allowing for the reporting of measurement data and extraction of statistical data. It also supports LAN (wireless/wired) connections and data output to USB memory. The automatic range selection mechanism eliminates range selection errors and improves the reproducibility of measurement results. Measurement specifications can be set and measurement data can be saved through touch screen operation.
