We have filled a pen-type container with a halogen-free, matte resin-based RMA type flux that is optimal for lead-free solder on printed circuit boards, allowing for pinpoint application on poorly wettable electronic component leads and small pads for chip components. Additionally, this flux has less stickiness compared to conventional products, leaves minimal residue after soldering, and is non-corrosive, ensuring excellent reliability. To accommodate different usage scenarios, we offer two types: a bold type (pen tip: approximately 2×7mm) and a fine type (pen tip: φ1mm).
