- The temperature sensor and power contact section have been integrated into the holder unit of the transparent glass heater. - There are two types with maximum heat resistance temperatures of 60°C and 200°C. - The dimensions are available in four types: 50mm square, 100mm square, 200mm square, and 100mm x 140mm (which vary depending on the heat resistance temperature). - The 200°C model is set with a high heating capacity using a 2mm thick Tempax substrate, while the 60°C model is designed with a focus on transmittance using either a 1.1t Tempax substrate or a 0.7t soda glass. - Custom manufacturing will be done for mounting holes and dimensional shapes to match the embedded devices used by the customer. If ordered in bulk, it is also possible to sell only the glass heater substrate. - It can be integrated into various devices such as observation under a microscope, precise temperature control in the bio field for cell culture and genetic analysis, semiconductor cleaning, substrate manufacturing equipment, solder reflow equipment, and snow melting prevention for surveillance cameras.
