This is a very unique heating element that forms an alumina coating based on a two-stage molybdenum heater. It can be used in high-temperature atmospheres similar to metal molybdenum heaters and graphite heaters, and it does not require care against atmospheric contamination. ■Features■ ■Can be used in multi-atmospheres that change during cycle operation in a single furnace, including oxidation, inert, endothermic, and reduction. ■Compared to molybdenum and graphite, it allows for heating element replacement even when the furnace is at high temperatures, minimizing furnace downtime. ■Can be used directly in the atmosphere, eliminating the need for a muffler to protect the heating element from the atmosphere, simplifying furnace design and reducing manufacturing and maintenance costs. ■Also suitable for oxidation treatment at low temperatures. ■Has a resistance at room temperature that is six times that of standard Kanthal Super, allowing for high output even during low-temperature operation. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download section.
