Contributing to the development of EVs that are resistant to cold! High-efficiency 'coolant heater'
Improving the performance of EVs in cold climates. Contributing to extended driving range and maintaining charging capacity [Exhibiting at the 2025 Automotive Technology Exhibition].
Electric vehicles (EVs) cannot utilize waste heat from engines, and the reduction in battery capacity and increased consumption in cold regions have become challenges. Our company leverages its expertise in the development and manufacturing of electric heaters to provide a high-efficiency "coolant heater," contributing to extended driving range and passenger comfort. Additionally, we have achieved a 30% reduction in pressure loss through pressure loss minimization design using topology optimization simulation. 【Features】 - Optimization of thermal control through battery heating, contributing to extended driving range and increased comfort. - Suppression of charging capacity reduction in cold regions. - Development of parts for anti-fogging and anti-freezing measures. *You can view materials introducing application examples via PDF download.
