No chemicals are required, and filter media replacement is only needed every 15 to 20 years, making it very economical. ● No maintenance or troublesome operations required! Equipped with a standard timer-based fully automatic backwashing function. Regular automatic backwashing keeps the inside of the filtration device clean at all times. Thanks to this automatic backwashing, our devices have been operational for over 20 years without needing to replace the filter media. ● Simple and compact! The simplicity and compactness, without the need for chemicals, have received positive feedback, and it is now being adopted in various countries through international cooperation and government development assistance (ODA). - Main applications: Removal of iron, manganese, and arsenic from groundwater (well water) for general households to large plants. - Usage range: Ambient temperature / 45°C, water temperature / up to 50°C, water quality pH 6 to 9. - Treated water volume: Up to 30,000 tons/day (designed according to requirements). - Specifications: Power supply AC100V/60Hz (optional/200V or 50Hz), indoor installation type, body size varies depending on treated water volume. - Regarding surrounding equipment: No chemical dosing devices or backwash pumps are required.

Our company is located in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku, which is famous for the Dogo Onsen known from "Botchan." Our headquarters is situated just 10 minutes by car from Dogo Onsen, 3 minutes from the Matsuyama Expressway interchange, and 10 minutes from Matsuyama Airport. Matsuyama City struggles every year to secure water resources as it is known nationwide as a water-scarce city. Due to frequent water outages, businesses and households that require a reliable drinking water supply attempt to utilize groundwater; however, even with drilling, iron and manganese are relatively high in the geological composition compared to other regions in Japan. Founded in 1988 in such an area, our company takes pride in having gained unique products, experience, and know-how through extensive iron and manganese removal operations at numerous sites. Currently, our achievements have been recognized, and we are exporting high-concentration iron and manganese removal systems to Southeast Asian countries and Africa through Japan's ODA (JICA), as well as providing know-how and technical guidance.
