Nagata Industries is your development and prototype partner that significantly reduces the burden on ordering personnel with "accurate interpretation of design intent" and "ability to propose optimal processing methods" for the production of prototype parts through precision machining. ■ Complex Shapes: "Prototype Parts in Aluminum and SUS Steel" We can manufacture using CAD data (DXF, IGES) and accommodate complex shape prototypes from machining processes such as wire cutting and electrical discharge machining to surface treatment. ■ Multiple Processes: "Quenched and Polished Parts" - We handle multiple processes required for mold parts, device parts, and jigs, covering everything from machining to quenching and polishing in one go. - For polishing, we support flat polishing, shape polishing, cylindrical polishing, internal diameter polishing, and more. ■ Difficult-to-Cut Materials: "Super Invar Material Processing" We have extensive processing experience with difficult-to-cut materials such as Kovar, beryllium copper, and copper tungsten.
