We can conduct stress reproduction tests in natural environments such as temperature and humidity, light, and salt damage using various environmental testing machines.
We conduct environmental testing using meteorological environmental testing equipment to artificially create meteorological environmental factors such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, saltwater, and light within a test chamber, evaluating the durability and reliability of materials, components, and products. We can also produce the necessary fixtures for testing and provide various evaluations (observations, analyses, dimensional measurements, etc.) before and after the tests. In addition to tests based on various standards such as JIS, we also plan special tests that are not covered by existing standards.

【Thermal Shock Tester】 This equipment is designed to conduct thermal shock tests (cold and heat shock tests) by placing various materials and products in high and low-temperature chambers and subjecting them to rapid temperature changes in a short period, allowing for the evaluation and investigation of the reliability and durability of the test samples. 【Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber】 This equipment performs reliability and durability evaluations under temperature conditions by applying a constant temperature (high or low) to the test subjects. It can also adjust humidity, enabling environmental testing under various temperature and humidity conditions. 【Xenon Weather Meter】 This equipment conducts accelerated weather resistance tests using a xenon type. 【Salt Spray Tester】 This equipment performs salt spray tests (SST) by exposing test specimens to an atmosphere continuously sprayed with a corrosive solution (sodium chloride solution). 【Combined Cycle Tester】 This equipment is designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metals and surface treatments through salt spray combined cycle tests. It is capable of simulating accelerated atmospheric corrosion.
