Visually evaluate the contour shape of the measured object by comparing it with the two-dimensional design data.
We will compare and evaluate the measurement data obtained from three-dimensional measuring machines, image measuring machines, optical 3D digitizers, etc., with the two-dimensional design data of the target shape (point cloud data, CAD data, etc.), and output the results in various formats. It is possible to graphically confirm evaluations of product contours and component shapes, which would be difficult to assess with measurement values alone.

Furthermore, it is possible to automatically set the normal direction required for probe radius correction during three-dimensional dimensional measurement. 【Support for Various 2D Comparison Software】 We support various 2D comparison software, allowing data to be submitted in your desired output format. 【Correction of Position Displacement】 We also support best-fit correction to address phase displacement caused by errors in coordinate systems and reference elements, and it is possible to impose restrictions on translation and rotation corrections. 【Non-Contact Measurement Support Available】 For products that are difficult to measure with contact probes, we can accommodate non-contact measurements using image measuring machines or optical 3D digitizers.
