Visually evaluate the three-dimensional shape of the measured object by comparing it with the three-dimensional design model.
For three-dimensional shapes such as freeform surfaces that cannot be evaluated using drawing dimensions, we perform comparative evaluations with 3D-CAD data (alignment, shape and dimension comparison, cross-section comparison). We compare point cloud data obtained from three-dimensional measuring machines or optical 3D digitizers with the product's 3D-CAD data and output the results in various formats. It is possible to graphically confirm the evaluation of freeform surfaces of products and the three-dimensional shape evaluation of parts, which is difficult to achieve with measurement values alone.
