We have adopted an automatic teaching method that is completely different from the RGB level adjustment method used in conventional low-cost types, allowing us to accurately memorize only the colors of good products. Additionally, we are equipped with a foreign object removal device located very close to the end of the belt, resulting in significantly better yield compared to aerial imaging methods.

A compact type color sorting machine has newly arrived from the well-established Hitachi Zosen's image-based foreign matter sorting machine series. With a compact length of 90 cm, it features a new teaching function for ease of operation, automatically memorizing the good product colors for simplicity. The settings are very easy to configure. It is also equipped with an air gun type foreign matter extraction section arranged with a 5 mm pitch. The conveyor belt adopts a one-touch attachment and detachment method, allowing for quick daily cleaning activities.
