basic information
The device is designed to accurately stack sheets such as polarizers, films, sheets, wafers, glass, and paper using a non-contact transport system called "Float Chuck" (patented), which feeds out the stacked sheets one by one while ensuring that no drooping occurs at the leading edge during transport. The non-contact transport system "Float Chuck" suspends and holds the sheets without contact by blowing air. In the film feeding section, a "air flow feeding mechanism" (patented) utilizing the Float Chuck is employed to reliably feed out the films one by one. The transport section adopts the "Float Chuck," allowing for transport without causing drooping at the leading edge of the film during the transport process. This enables defect inspection of the film's reflection and transmission using sensors. The stacking section consists of a "non-contact suspended conveyor" formed by the non-contact transport system "Float Chuck," which allows thin, flexible films to drop in a horizontal state and stack accurately at high speed. Since the areas dealing with the films in this device use the non-contact transport system "Float Chuck," there are no scratches, dirt, stress, or static electricity adhesion.
