We supply stacked solar cell wafers one by one at high speed without causing damage. By ejecting air from our developed non-contact transport device "Float Chuck SK Type" (patented) installed above the stacked solar cells, a negative pressure is generated in the space with the topmost solar cell wafer, allowing it to be suctioned and floated.
