We supply stacked solar cell wafers one by one at high speed without causing damage. By ejecting air from our developed non-contact transport device "Float Chuck SK type" (patent) installed above the stacked solar cells, we create a negative pressure in the space above the top solar cell wafer, allowing it to be suctioned and floated.
