High-flow circulating high-performance wet grinding and dispersing machine

The Dino Mill ECM series has newly adopted an agitator called the Accelerator. The Accelerator provides uniform and high kinetic energy to the dispersion media, enabling a flow rate increase of 5 to 10 times compared to the same capacity KD series. By utilizing this characteristic for high-flow circulation operation, it achieves ultra-fine dispersion to particle sizes that conventional machines cannot reach, even for difficult-to-disperse materials that require micronization, and realizes a sharp particle size distribution by increasing the number of passes. The new model ECM-PRO of the ECM series, which demonstrates high performance in ultra-fine dispersion, features feedback holes in the Accelerator, achieving further high flow rates and improved kinetic energy of the media, resulting in a dramatic enhancement in dispersion efficiency.
